I plan to give birth at a hospital to ensure access to medical care if needed. My estimated budget is around $[insert amount], including hospital costs, prenatal care, and postpartum needs, and I plan to use insurance if applicable to help cover expenses. My birth plan is to have a calm and supportive environment during labor, aiming for a vaginal birth with minimal interventions unless medically necessary. I am open to pain management options such as an epidural if needed and would like my support person present during delivery. After birth, I prefer immediate skin-to-skin contact with my baby and to begin breastfeeding as soon as possible.

I'm looking for night nanny help Tuesday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Friday from Nov 18 to Dec 12 between 10:00pm and 8:00am. I have a newborn. We need a night nanny to help us take care of an infant girl overnight while we catch some sleep. The baby and basinet and supplies and washer dryer along with a couch and separate bathroom are all downstairs. Basically we disappear upstairs to sleep and you have everything at your disposal to take care of a newborn overnight. We also welcome any advice and suggestions and would like to spend time learning and building trust.
Difficulty swallowing upright. He has laryngomalacia. Which is fancy for floppy vocal cord box. He will grow out of it but I’m nervous, he can spit up a bit. He’s otherwise amazing. I just need some support or nanny during the day too probably when I’m back in work three days weekly He is 1 month old, I’m looking for a kind person just to diaper, feed, burp and play/stimulate him age appropriately. Mostly I just need someone experienced with feeding on the side or with slower feeds. Safety first! No other chores would need to be done just potentially three 8.5 hour days going forward and possibly an overnight here and there CPR newborn certificate and familiar w choking protocol is necessary
