We are looking for a night nanny who can help establish a night routine to help our daughter sleep through the night.

At least 5 years of experience. We are no longer getting long stretches with our 5 month old and are having a very hard time transitioning her out of the swaddle. We need someone to help us get some sleep by taking on 5-7 nights for us to get our baby used to sleeping on her own with her arms out! So teaching her how to sleep on her own!
