Plan to give birth at hospital, hope is to not use epidural but full natural child birth. Fist baby at 35 year old. Neither my mother nor sister breast fed but that is very important for me. I have fairly severe insomnia but generally try to get undisrupted but more recently disrupted sleep for 6-7hr. I take 10mg melatonin, half a unisom, and 3-4, 2000mg Magnesium L-threonate pills every night. Looking to buy a house and I do not know much about a doula but the midwife suggested it at the hospital I have been going to during my pregnancy.
