This is my first baby and would love to have a doula to ease my worries of my first baby especially giving at birth at a hospital. We have tricare so whatever is allowed with the insurance works for us. For my birth plan, I want a doula to help me and my husband navigate the hospital setting where we aren’t being rushed and intimidated. We want to do delayed cord clamping, no bath right away and trying to give birth upright.

I am 38 years old and pregnant with my last child. I want to be able to labor naturally for once and not have to worry about the medical staff harassing me and telling me to do things their way.
