My body is quite sore after delivery, and I’m hoping to find someone experienced in traditional Ayurvedic postpartum care (such as Abhyanga oil massage, gentle bodywork, and recovery practices). Ideally, I would like someone who can visit my home a few times a week during the early postpartum period to help with massage and recovery guidance. Experience with Ayurvedic or Indian-style postpartum care would be preferred. My budget is around $40–$60 per hour, but I’m open to discussing options depending on the services offered.

I am terrified. Baby actual due date is May 15 but doctor does not want me going full 40 weeks due to being high risk. I am 37 years old and had severe preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. We had not much help at all from family since both my husband’s mother and my mother have passed. My aunt was able to help for a week but she lives in Cabo and wasn’t here at night. Husband won’t be able to take work off this time. So I’m expected to do this solo and it’s overwhelming. He’s more anxious than me! And my only support during birth. So I’m looking for someone that can help me through the C-section and after through that 4th trimester. I’m blessed to have insurance.
