We are especially interested in overnight or early morning support if available, but are open to daytime help as well. Light support such as holding the baby, assisting with burping and settling, and basic newborn guidance would be helpful. We would also appreciate someone who is communicative, reliable, and consistent, as that is very important to us during this stage. Our baby does not have any special needs. We are open to discussing a schedule that works for both sides, ideally a few hours per shift. Our budget is flexible but we are ideally looking for something in the range of $20–$30 per hour depending on experience and availability.
