If you value both evidence and intuition, I might be the doula for you. I love helping clients combine research and their own instincts to make decisions that are right for them. Furthermore, I might be the doula for you if you want support without an agenda. I don’t believe there’s an ideal way to approach birth or postpartum adjustment. I’m here to understand and support whatever path you want to take.

Working with Glory as both our birth and postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made. She is professional, trustworthy, calm, and genuinely goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work. Postpartum, she was incredibly helpful with both emotional and practical support. She took initiative without ever overstepping, followed our lead as parents, and created a steady, reassuring presence in our home. She was excellent at baby-related care and household support, always keeping our kitchen sink clean and organized, and preparing truly delicious, nourishing meals that made a real difference during recovery. She also helped us troubleshoot very specific challenges related to sleep, bottle feeding, and lactation, and when something was outside her scope as a doula, she thoughtfully referred us to an excellent IBCLC, which we greatly appreciated. She is highly communicative, responsive, and supportive, and consistently brought a warm, positive, and grounded energy. We trusted her completely and always felt respected and heard. As a birth doula, she invested significant time outside of our scheduled prenatal meetings, providing education, guidance, and emotional support. When I encountered a complication that required an induction, she was especially helpful in walking us through what to expect and how to advocate for my needs. During labor and delivery, she was exceptional at protecting oxytocin, guiding positioning, and supporting both me and my husband as a true teammate. Her presence helped us feel confident, informed, and supported through labor, delivery, and into postpartum recovery. We are incredibly grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, proactive, warm, and deeply supportive.

I have worked as a baby nurse for over 25 years and I enjoy helping new parents make the transition into parenthood, by teaching them how to care for the new addition to their family. I have the knowledge and training needed to educate new parents on how to care for their newborn by teaching them how to feed, bath and put babies down for naptime. I can help parents organize the nursery to make things more convenient and easier to handle. I am highly trained to take care of twins or even triplets, so parents with multiple newborns are not so overwhelmed and stressed. Even parents who already have children at home can use the extra help, so they have time to take care of their other children.

Helen was extremely sweet, reliable, and knowledgeable when taking care of our newborn. With her expertise and guidance, he sleeps like a champ now. We can’t thank her enough for all her help, she’s the best!

Momo Bass

Hello everyone, my name is Momo Bass and I am a certified birth doula as well as a trained postpartum doula that serves the greater Los Angeles and Pasadena area. Aside from doing this rewarding work for a while, I am also a mama myself, to three amazing kiddos! When I'm not cheering on my kids at soccer practice, you'll likely find me tending to my ever-growing houseplant collection, or tending to myself at the gym. But my true passion lies in supporting families embarking on their incredible birthing journey. Motherhood is what threw me into the thralls of what it means to bring life into this world. It's this firsthand knowledge, coupled with my relentless curiosity about the miracle of birth and the transition into becoming a parent, that led me to become a birth and postpartum doula. Bringing my kiddos earth side became my superpower, and it’s become my mission to ignite that same fire in the families I work with. I believe that starts with finding judgment-free informational and emotional support, and I believe it starts when parents take back control of how their labor & postpartum experience goes by making informed decisions on what’s best for yourself and your growing family. “Everyone wants to hold the baby, but who will hold the mother/parents?” As a birth and postpartum doula, I will!

I had the pleasure of working alongside Monique as my co-doula, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional professional. Momo brings warmth, compassion, and unwavering dedication to every family she supports. Her calm demeanor and intuitive ability to anticipate the needs of both birthing parents and their partners make her a reliable and invaluable presence during such an important time. Working with Momo, I’ve seen firsthand how her knowledge, experience, and genuine care create a safe and empowering space for her clients. She has a natural gift for fostering connection and ensuring her clients feel heard, supported, and respected throughout their journey. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Momo by their side. She’s not just a doula but a true advocate and companion for the families she serves. Warmly, Maia S

I am a first time single mom and was worried about taking care of my daughter Emma, alone and recovering from birth at the same time. Violet helped me with both night and day shifts. Violets day shifts depended on my needs for the day. Some days she was just happy to make me lunch and do laundry for me and Emma. Some days I needed some time alone and she was there to do tummy time with Emma, put her down for naps, and sing to her. When she was on nights she was there to burp, change, and settle the baby down again after I breast fed her so I was able to sleep a little more. She always had cleaned any bottles she would use by the morning and would make us both coffee before I got up. She even gave me a slight discount knowing I didn't have a two income household witch helped me a lot in the long run.

Hello families! My name is Mariah, and I am a dedicated postpartum doula specializing in supporting families through the beautiful — and sometimes overwhelming — transition into life with a new baby. I am also currently working towards becoming a nurse with the end goal of being a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. My goal is to provide physical, emotional, and informational support that parents and their little ones need during this precious time, helping mothers recover, rest, and bond deeply with their new bundle of joy. My approach is nurturing, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that with the right support, parents can thrive during the postpartum period. Whether it’s helping overnight so you can get restorative sleep, supporting daytime routines, or simply being a calm presence to talk to, I am passionate about making this transition a little easier and a lot more joyful. I look forward to being a part of your journey and supporting you during one of the most special times of your life!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing Mariah ! She provided a type of care I truly wasn’t prepared to receive for my entry into motherhood. Not even thinking a doula would be a necessary as a new mom I’m so glad I decided to give it a shot. As our postpartum doula, she was simply incredible offering both overnight and daytime support with a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that far exceeded mine and my husband’s expectations. Mariah was attentive to every need, making sure I felt supported not just physically, but emotionally throughout the months I was lucky to have her support. She created such a peaceful environment for both me and my baby, and I always felt at ease knowing she was there. Literally after the first time of overnight I gave her my baby and didn’t have any hesitation which as a mom is not something I have experienced for anyone other than my husband and mom. What truly sets Mariah apart is how consistently she went above and beyond to make sure I knew every detail when she had my baby. No matter how last-minute a request was, she found a way to help without hesitation. Her flexibility, kindness, and genuine dedication made such a difference for our family, and we are forever grateful for her. I would highly recommend Mariah to anyone looking for a postpartum doula who truly cares and brings heart, skill, and thoughtfulness to everything she does. She was truly a blessing to our family.

I’m a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula who blends city grit with grounded, nature-rooted care. My journey began supporting friends through birth and postpartum while navigating the unpredictable life of a military family. A path that taught me flexibility, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength of parents. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a corrections officer, where I honed the skills to stay calm under pressure and advocate fiercely for others. Today, I bring that same steady confidence to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Once a city girl, now deeply connected to nature, I offer a balance of strength and softness to every family I serve. As a mom to two spirited boys and two lovable fur babies, I know firsthand how messy, magical, and transformative those early days can be. Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to walk beside you with knowledge, warmth, and zero judgment.

We were so grateful to have Terese's advice, guidance, and support for the first six weeks of our son's life. As new parents, we were very nervous about bringing a newborn home and Terese put us at such ease with her knowledge and experience. She showed us how to use all the baby gadgets (swaddles, breast pump, sterilizer, baby carrier etc) and made helpful suggestions about sleep, nursing, bottles, tummy time and more. She helped us with household tasks so that I could get some much needed rest. She was so great to work with and we plan to stay in touch. We highly recommend her services.

With years of experience as a dedicated midwife, my journey into newborn care has been a natural and deeply fulfilling progression. Supporting families through birth has given me a profound understanding of the gentle care, patience, and presence that newborns need. My background has equipped me not only with clinical expertise, but also with the emotional insight that comes from truly connecting with both babies and their families. What inspires me most is the opportunity to work with children. There’s a unique joy and innocence in every little one, and being a part of their earliest days is a privilege I hold close to my heart. I love watching their personalities begin to unfold and knowing that the nurturing and support I provide can make a lasting impact on their growth and development. Helping families feel confident and cared for during this tender time is what continues to drive my passion every day.

Hi, I’m Maia! I’m a Los Angeles based certified and dedicated birth and postpartum doula, committed to empowering families through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. I began my journey with a strong desire to help women from all walks of life. This passion gradually evolved into a keen interest in pregnancy and childbirth, sparking my aspiration to become a midwife. While currently pursuing my degree, I realized I couldn't wait any longer to start supporting women during their pregnancies. Alongside my passion, I bring qualities like willingness, compassion, empathy, dedication, patience, understanding, and adaptability that I believe are crucial for helping women. So, I took action and became a certified birth doula. Now, here we are—you're looking for a doula, and I'm hoping we can work together and share the incredible journey to parenthood. I believe pregnancy and childbirth are the most precious gifts and miracles entrusted to women. It's an intimate and emotional ceremony that will forever be the most unforgettable and transformative experiences in your life. Together, we'll listen to your body, your desires, and your feelings, allowing them to guide us through the ups and downs of pregnancy and childbirth. What feels right for you is the right path for your journey. Together, we'll overcome any obstacles that arise and make informative decisions that align with your vision for your birth. I’m here to guide, advocate, and support you every step of the way as you embark on this beautiful journey of welcoming your new little one into the world. With Love, Maia
