The course includes: - four classes total (three virtual sessions for convenience and flexibility, and a final in-person class held at my Upland office) where we practice hands-on comfort measures, partner techniques, and birth preparation tools. We cover the stages of labor, optimal fetal positioning, nervous system regulation, comfort techniques, partner support, informed decision-making, hospital and home birth navigation, and practical postpartum planning. Whether you’re planning a home birth or hospital delivery — medicated or unmedicated — this course equips you with the knowledge and skills to approach birth feeling grounded and ready.

With years of experience as a licensed midwife, my team and I guide you through every step of preparation, so you feel confident, empowered, and ready for your birth, no matter your setting or preferences. Package Includes: -Childbirth Course (4 classes) – evidence-informed preparation for birth and postpartum, taught collaboratively by me and my colleague -1 Visit (1–2 hour) Birth Plan & Counseling Visit – personalised guidance from an experienced midwife to create your birth plan and discuss your questions and goals -3 Prenatal Bodywork Sessions – supporting optimal fetal positioning, pelvic balance, and nervous system regulation -1 Postpartum Bodywork Session – promoting recovery, comfort, and emotional well-being -3 Visits (1–2 hours each) with my Co-Partner Doula/Lactation Counselor – expert guidance for breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum support Some insurances accepted to help cover the cost.
