Hello Families! My name is Rosemary Boyd RN IBCLC. I've been passionate about empowering families with the skills and knowledge they need since I can remember. I'm a Postpartum and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, Postpartum Doula, and Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I have over 17 years experience as a mother-baby expert working in hospitals, seeing my patients in their homes, and doing public speaking engagements. I offer private in home or hospital Lactation Consults, Prenatal Breastfeeding and Newborn care classes, PP Doula care for the whole family day or night, and speaking at conferences as well as mommy and me groups all over the greater LA areas and SFV. Gift Certificates are available for all of these. I can't wait to work with your amazing family towards your individual goals on this journey to parenthood!

Private Prenatal Classes
This is completely customizable to your goals: We can go over: Breastfeeding Bottle feeding Baby registry advice Postpartum complications prevention Neonatal complications prevention Newborn Care Post delivery care and nutrition And so much more :) $250 for first hour and $25/15 minutes for any time over 1 hour in the same appointment. All in person follow up appointments at the same rate. Superbills available to submit to your insurance for partial to full reimbursement—per your request.
In Hospital Appointment
For my Los Angeles area families I can offer in hospital infant feeding appointments and support for new families. $250 plus parking cost for 1st hour $25 per 15 minute increments over the first hour in the same appointment. All in person follow up appointments at the same rate. Superbills available to submit to your insurance for partial to full reimbursement—per your request.
In Home Consults
For my Los Angeles area families I can offer in home infant feeding appointments and support for new families. This is completely customizable to your goals: We can go over: Troubleshooting infant feeding, chest/breast issues Breastfeeding Bottle feeding Baby registry advice Postpartum complications prevention Neonatal complications prevention Newborn Care Post delivery care and nutrition And so much more :) $250 for first hour and $25/15 minutes for any time over 1 hour in the same appointment. Follow Up Virtual Appointments
After initial consult, phone/video-chat consults are available at $150 for any time up to the first hour and $25/15 min after first hour. All in-person visits are at appointment cost rate ($250 for the first 1 hour, $25/15 min after first hour).
Postpartum Doula Silver Package
Postpartum Doula care is available days or nights in the greater Los Angeles area. *Normal consult fees apply up to 6 hours/ session $100/hour for greater than 6-8 hours per session. Dates and times Reservable by contract
Postpartum Doula Gold Package
Postpartum Doula care is available days or nights in the greater Los Angeles area. *Normal consult fees apply up to 6 hours/ session $90/hour with greater than 8 hour minimum per session. Dates and times reservable by contract.
Postpartum Doula Platinum Package
Postpartum Doula care is available days or nights in the greater Los Angeles area. *Normal consult fees apply up to 6 hours/ session $80/ hour for 8 hours minimum per day and 3 days minimum per week. Dates and times reservable by contract.
Travel fees
In person appointments are available at a rate of $100/hour drive time outside of Los Angeles and SFV

I’m here for you to be a part of your parenting tribe and support you through all the ins and outs of pregnancy, delivery, post birth care and feeding goals. I have expertise in oral ties, sore nipples, babies with jaundice, multiples, babies born small or large for gestational age, babies born preterm or post dates, moms with all types of deliveries, families of all backgrounds, over or under supply of milk, introducing bottles, pumping and hand expressions, trauma informed care, and so much more!
