Welcome! My name is Carly & I’m a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula. I am servicing most of southern CA and would love to connect. This passion of mine has spiraled into such a spectacular life changing experience and I’m so grateful for the families I’ve worked with and their trust in me. I truly hope that everyone can experience having a birth or postpartum doula as I realize how impactful it can be on many levels. I’ve had the honor of supporting many families during VACS, preemies and multiples. Nighttime Postpartum Support

My nighttime support is designed to give parents rest and peace of mind. While you sleep, I care for your baby’s needs, feeding, soothing, and changing and keep gentle notes of the night. I also provide guidance on newborn care, sleep routines, and recovery support, tailoring each night to your family’s goals. This service allows you to recharge while knowing your baby is nurtured and supported, setting the foundation for smoother days and restful nights ahead.

$60 USD · Per hour

4 week Postpartum Support Package

3 nights a week (excluding weekends) 4 weeks for $55 per hour- 9 hour shifts

What to expect

I currently offer both nighttime postpartum support and birth doula services for families planning home births, hospital births, or birth center deliveries. During postpartum visits, my focus is on your recovery and well-being while ensuring your baby is cared for. Together, we’ll create a nightly plan tailored to your needs and goals. I’ll provide practical tips and gentle guidance you can carry into your daily routine, helping establish healthy habits and rhythms that support rest and balance in the long run. My intention is always to set you up for success beyond our time together. I’d love to share more about my nighttime support during a consultation. For birth support, I offer continuous communication throughout your pregnancy and an in-person meeting to create a birth plan that reflects your wishes and goals. When labor begins, you can expect me by your side from early labor until 1–2 hours after your baby’s arrival. My role is to help you stay grounded and connected to your body, while holding space for you, your partner, and your baby. Through movement, breath, and compassionate presence, I aim to foster a calm and supportive environment as you bring your baby earthside.

I bring a suitcase full of goodies. Rebozo, Tens Unit, Essential oils, Honey, Massage lotion, Massage tools, Twinkle lights, Galaxy lighting, Birth comb, Spike balls And much more :)
