Require a night nanny to take care of my baby, soothing and making a sleeping schedule.
Hello and welcome! We're so excited to connect with an experienced and caring night nanny to join our family and help care for our precious baby girl, Diana. She's just 1 week old, and we're navigating these early days of parenthood together! We're looking for someone to work 3-4 weeknights per week, with a flexible start date around February 23, 2026. The evening would begin around 9:00 PM when you'd arrive to help us with the bedtime routine – feeding our little one and getting her settled down for sleep. Throughout the night, your role would be to bring Diana to mom for breastfeeding, then take over to burp her, change her diaper, and gently soothe her back to sleep. We'd also appreciate help with light housekeeping related to baby care and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for her. We're hoping to find someone who has experience with infants and has worked night shifts before. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys nurturing young children and can help bring a sense of calm and rest to our nighttime routine as we adjust to life with our newborn. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd be absolutely delighted to hear from you! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have. We're looking forward to meeting you!

Certified night doula to take care of 2 month old kid. Better to have moderate sleep training if possible (no cry it out).
My baby is 6.5 months old and does not sleep in the night. We’re really struggling after having tried pretty much everything we can at this point. She doesn’t sleep for more than a 1.5 hr stretch at a time. We need someone who can come at the night and help us get some sleep and also sleep train the baby
We just need sleep! Getting the twins on a more consistent schedule.

Hello looking for night time help when baby comes.
I am having my fourth child. I am going to be solo-parenting 3 elementary school aged children (11, 8, and 6) while welcoming my new baby. My current children’s father is not the father of my newest addition. I plan to give a medicated birth at a hospital, Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA. As far as budget goes, I am hoping to find someone covered by my insurance. My birth plan actually needs a lot of planning still. This will be my first unsupported birth. With my previous children I had my partner, mother and usually another female family member. It has been over 6 years since my last birth and I’m open to trying new things like birthing baths and alternative pushing positions. My births have always been short (4-6 hours from start to final push.) I never had any complications after birth or during but did need an iron transfusion before my third child was born, I went into labor the night after receiving the transfusion. I need a lot of guidance and support and will be struggling with anxiety during this pregnancy and birth.
