Hello! My names Inna and I am a mother of 3 kids. To me birth was always fascinating. You get to see life coming into the world. It's such a special, beautiful moment! All my births were different and I learned each time what could help the next one. I have been a doula for an all natural labor for a first time mama. It was such a beautiful thing to experience and help with. I want to help more mamas whether it's all natural or not. I am here for you through It all.

My husband, of over 30 years, and I have three grown children. We are super excited to be living in Kitsap Co. again after being away for most of our married lives. As a certified Doula, postpartum doula and Childbirth Educator I enjoy all aspects of the birth process, providing kind, experienced support before, during and after labor. Your birth should be a beautiful, empowering experience in the environment of your choice. I will be by your side to support your choices, give physical, emotional, and informational support as well as advocate for you during decision making. Please consider me as part of your support team as you navigate this important time in your life.

If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would! Jocelyn was able to take over and advocate for me when I was unable to do it myself, and when my partner and I were unsure of what decisions to make before and during the delivery process. She was there for us from the early stages of labor to when our baby was in my arms for the first time. She is both knowledgeable and creative in her methods and had answers to all our questions. She far exceeded the expectations we had and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for doula services.

Hello I have been a birth doula for 5 years. I am a vet, mom of 7 and an Army wife. I love bonding and watching moms experience true empowerment in the birth room no matter what that looks like to them.

Charity has helped me in so many ways throughout my pregnancy and my labor . I’ve had fears and doubts because of my mindset , I was terrified of the pain . I would have never imagine that my fifth child would be my natural home birth baby ! If it wasn’t for charity I don’t think I would have ever made it , her positive mindset and compassion pushed me to overcome the pain and bring my baby earth side . I can say no more how chaotic my labor was , it was the absolute best experience ever !!!

I love my job! Supporting parents through labor, birth and postpartum is amazing, and rewarding, and what I feel called to do. I am a birth and postpartum doula, as well as a childbirth educator and a lactation educator. Having an understanding of your options is a big part of preventing birth trauma. Educating parents about how they can better navigate their labor and the medical system is a big part of what I do. I support folks emotionally, physically, with information/resources, and with advocacy (and photo documentation of their labor). We usually have some fun too!

Hi, I’m Fiona Mortensen, founder of Little Pines Doula. I’m a certified postpartum doula, student lactation counselor, and a mom to two little boys under two, proudly supporting families throughout the Greater Seattle and Tacoma areas. My passion for birth and postpartum work began during my time as an EMT in King County, where I had the unforgettable experience of helping a mother deliver her sixth baby. That moment opened my eyes to the beauty and privilege of supporting families during such a powerful transition. Since then, I’ve welcomed my own children—first via cesarean and then through a VBAC—experiences that have deepened my appreciation for the importance of informed, compassionate care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. With a background in emergency medicine—including work on a NICU/PICU transport team and as an ER Technician at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital—I bring a steady, grounded presence and a blend of clinical knowledge and heartfelt support to my doula practice. At Little Pines Doula, I offer non-judgmental, personalized care to meet each family’s unique needs. I especially love helping new parents build confidence and connection as they adjust to life with their baby. Outside of doula work, I love exploring new parks with my boys, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. At home, you’ll often find me curled up with an embroidery project and my cats, or sharing laughs and playful moments with my family. I believe joy and humor are essential, and I bring a light-hearted, down-to-earth energy into every family I support. I’m also passionate about learning and am always deepening my knowledge in birth, postpartum care, and lactation—not only to better serve my clients, but because I genuinely love continuing to grow. I truly believe the postpartum period can be one of the most beautiful and transformative times in a family’s life. It’s an honor to walk alongside families during this tender season—and to bring warmth, wisdom, and a few smiles along the way.

Having Fiona as my postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made when preparing for our little guy’s arrival. Fiona guided me through decision paralysis, every question or concern, and exhaustion; she did this with care, grace, compassion and patience. She was very professional (prompt, communicated expectations and boundaries clearly) while being personable. I needed someone just like this while my little family navigated this tender time of postpartum. There was never a moment of doubt or worry with Fiona as our doula. I knew my little dude was in great hands while I rested. I can’t recommend Fiona enough! Our 2 months with her was amazing and made my postpartum journey so much easier and peaceful.

Bryana is an amazing doula. The doulas from her agency are also amazing. I have had the pleasure of having her all 3 of my births. She is so knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. She was attentive when i needed her & was amazing during my births! She is worth everything. I felt loved & cared for as well as my fiancé had the same sentiment. We enjoyed her company & her support. She was amazing in every part of the process. I can’t express enough how much i would hire her over and over again. This last birth she started doing birth photography & while she couldn’t go into the OR DUE TO my hospital not allowing her She got amazing photos before and after we went in and came out and I’m forever grateful for those photos and memories & i cry when i look at them. The experience is over all blissful. Her and her doulas are attentive and answer questions in a timely manner & if i had more babies i would pick her and her agency over and over again. The peace of mind they gave us was everything! I recommend her to everyone truly.

Hello! I am Evie Ward, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Registered Nurse, and the Founder of New Leaf Sleep Consulting. I became passionate about helping families improve their child’s sleep when I experienced the life-changing support from a sleep consultant with my first son. I create a customized sleep plan based on your child's needs and then we spend the next few weeks working on improving your little one's sleep. I believe that sleep is the foundation of a happy and healthy family. My goal when working with families is to help everyone get the sleep that they deserve!

Recent review

When our son was 6 months old, I was so sleep deprived I could barely remember what day of the week it was. I was waking every 1-2 hours to console him, heavily leaning on nursing to soothe him, my husband felt helpless, and frustration had set in. I was referred to Evie and she responded to my message the same day, and immediately made space for a consultation with us. She was extremely compassionate about my emotions around moving our son to his own room and changing the routine of when I’d nurse. She heard ALL of our struggles and addressed each one with encouragement, non-judgement and thorough, unrushed conversation. She even took time out of her own vacation to speak with us during our 2 week learning period. She has a wide range of knowledge about infant sleep, she can relate with personal experiences as a mom herself, and she offers support not only logistically but reassuringly. Our son was sleeping 5-7hrs through the night by day two, self soothing, and quickly became responsive to a nap routine. She literally changed my life during a time of deep self doubt and I can’t recommend her more highly! Don’t hesitate to call her! Postpartum is hard, parenthood is hard, and we all deserve a cheerleader and good sleep!
