Hello! My name is Rachelle and I am a Pregnancy, Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Early Childhood Educator, & Consultant. I operate personally in the beautiful PNW as well as virtually anywhere that supports a Zoom connection! I offer traditional in-person Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum Doula Services as well as 100% virtual Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum Doula and Consulting Services (anywhere you can get on Zoom).
I can come in as your trusted sister-friend and advisor as early as conception, in the midst of your Postpartum period, or anywhere in between!! My specialties include: Pregnancy guidance, preparation for you and your birth team (partners/family/siblings) to work towards your birth vision with the support you need & deserve, unmedicated/zero-low intervention hospital births, holistic care & pain management techniques, preparing for Postpartum & creating a family Postpartum plan, newborn care, sibling support, lactation support, transitioning back to work, & transitioning baby into daycare settings.

Complete Birth Doula Package- Virtual
This is the complete package for birth support! Includes: Two 1-1.5 hour prenatal appointments via zoom (answer questions, pain management, birth plans, coach partner on how to best assist you, what to expect with your labor/delivery, and so much more), on-call services with text/email support from 38-42 weeks, continuous support via Zoom/phone/text/walkie talkie app/etc. once active labor is established, immediate postpartum support for first 2 hours following delivery, and one 1-hour Postpartum follow up via Zoom.
Complete Birth Doula Package- In-Person/Local
Includes everything listed above in "Complete Birth Doula Package-Virtual" except all appointments and labor/delivery/Postpartum support is in-person. *1st prenatal appointment may be held on Zoom at your request.
Postpartum Rescue Virtual Session
Exactly how it sounds! If you're Postpartum and discovering that you need some quick help or support, this may be an option for you! Includes 1 hour zoom to talk about whatever you need, book on demand depending upon availability. Follow up email included with visit recap, information, resources, and referrals as needed.

Postpartum Care- In your Home!
Postpartum care is available to book on an hourly basis in your home. Postpartum care prioritizes infant and parent care/education/support, however, household tasks and sibling support may also be included. Postpartum care is booked and provided at an hourly rate: Rates start at $45.00 per hour for daytime care. Rates start at $60.00 per hour for overnight care. Private Childbirth Education
This is a privately led childbirth education class, just for you and your partner/birth team! We work together for 4 hours, learning the in's and out's of labor & delivery, what to expect the day of, induction, cesarean births, postpartum preparation, lactation, newborn care, & the list goes on! This can be done in-person or virtually.
