Service introduction

My approach is simple. I passionately believe every family deserves to have the BEST and most comprehensive care that starts with pregnancy, follows through birth and continues as your family grows. Over my 14 years as a doula, I have built my career striving to provide complete care that respects your family in all aspects to help you along your journey as a growing family. There is a gap between families and their care during this sensitive time and I aim to close that gap!I am a professional trained birth and postpartum doula who provides emotional, physical, and educational support to families. My purpose is to help families have a safe, memorable, and empowering experience while expanding their family. My approach is through education, resources, and non-judgemental support. As a non-judgmental caregiver, I assist the birthing parent with their recovery from the birth experience, allowing them to focus on the needs of the new baby, while keeping the household as "normal" as possible during this time of transition. I help the new family by demonstrating practical newborn care and with in-person support I provide practical support that may include dishes, laundry, meal preparation, cooking, and most importantly baby sleep support so the new parents can rest and recover. I provide online consultations as a doula as well as a pediatric sleep consultant. We work together as a team to identify the areas in need of support and I provide non-judgmental education and support to help your family at any stage: pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting. I provide sleep consults to help your child get the sleep they need to grow and thrive. I work with children between 4 months old and 3 years old. In-home and overnight sleep support also available.
