My main role as a postpartum doula is to help new parents adjust to life with a newborn by offering assistance with feeding, soothing techniques, newborn care, and household tasks. My goal is to help new parents feel supported, confident, and empowered as they navigate the challenges of caring for a newborn.

I offer a variety of packages to choose from, tailored to meet your family's needs. I have a welcome home package and fourth trimester package. I also offer overnights and hourly packages.
