About me

I am deeply passionate about supporting mothers and their families through the fourth trimester. My main role as a postpartum doula is to help new parents adjust to life with a newborn by offering assistance with feeding, soothing techniques, newborn care, and household tasks. My goal is to help new parents feel supported, confident, and empowered as they navigate the challenges of caring for a newborn.
