Hello, I am certified Christian doula passionate about serving my community by providing Emotional, Physical, Informational, and Continuous support during labor, birth, and post-partum. EPIC! I believe women are uniquely equipped to grow, birth, and nurture babies. I am happy to attend home, birth-center and hospital births. I would be honored to serve your family during this exciting and transformative time.

Emotional and physical support during your labor Patient advocacy to ensure your personal birth plan is followed and respected Informational support for proposed interventions and navigating hospital policy Postpartum care for up to two hours during birth: - Help with latching baby/pumping - Cleaning up after a home birth/free birth - Help with showering/bathing

Birth doula package 1
2 home prenatal visits (after phone/in person interview to ensure you want to move forward with my services) to get to know each other and discuss your birth plan. On call starting two weeks before your due date up until you give birth. You will be able to get ahold of me day or night for emotional support/when you go into labor. In person attendance of your birth in whatever capacity you need. I can be a fly on the wall while you quietly labor on your own, or forehead to forehead with you while you roar your baby into the world. One or two postpartum visits for lactation support, birth story processing, postpartum emotional and physical support.
