Planing to give birth at home With and estimate budget of 3000 CAD
I want to birth in a hospital with a NICU since I have a family history of digestive issues. I married a Canadian last summer but do not yet have residency papers. However I will birth the baby in the Listowel, Ontario vicinity. This is my first pregnancy. I want a midwife who could refer me to an OB team member if I needed additional care.
1. Hospital 2. $1,000-$1,500 3. Don’t have one yet, need a midwife for consults & tell me exact date of birth and etc.
We want to have a home birth with a midwife. We are Christian
Plan to birth in hospital near me. In need of a midwife to undergo the OB portion of care for my baby and I. I have blue cross blue shield insurance, i have no idea of estimated budget, just cheaper if possible! I do not want an epidural. I was hoping to use the gas as a painkiller during birthing process (my sister had used it for her first) I have a history of sexual trauma, so someone trauma informed would be appreciated but not crucial. My only ask is i would like a female midwife if available!
I am hoping to have as natural of a birth as possible. Most likely a birthing center or hospital, as long as I can have a specific birth plan. I am also considering home birth. My budget is very low & it would have to be covered by insurance. Some things I would like in my birth plan are lights off or very low, my essential oil diffuser, low music, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin to skin contact, water therapy, etc.
I am interested in giving birth at home Budget: up to $3000 Birth plan: natural
I plan to give birth in a hospital and am hoping my insurance will cover the cost. I want to try to do a natural birth with no epidural and delayed cord cutting, besides that I need a little help creating the rest of a birth plan, as this is my first child and I’m not really sure what to expect.
1. Milton Hospital 2. 10-15k 3. Hmmm to give birth at a hospital but we will need support before, during and after pregnancy. Also we would like to know the do and don't as parents since this is our first child. We may also need a nanny after birth to help us out for the first few months.
I will be 28 at the time of birth.. I would like to give birth at home but cannot find a midwife so may have to resort to a hospital and I’d like to have a water birth. I am open to discussing budget. I hope to have my husband and mum with me at the time of birth. I require someone calm, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting women through a trauma informed lens. Also - nutrition is important to me so someone who understands healthy nutrition and holistic care. English spoken well is necessary, French is optional but would be nice. I hope to have night care at least 2-3 times a week as my husband will be travelling for work over a couple months postpartum. I hope to sleep train and get some help with laundry/basic chores for baby. Open to discuss hourly rates or packages.
Looking for someone who will not debate my choices. I'm a crunchy christian mom. No one that shows her pronouns or has gender dysmorphia. Prefer someone who is actually awake not "woke". Probably give birth at McMaster hospital if there's no better place, open to home birth. I just know what I don't want but I'm open to what God has planned
This will be my second child and I would love to do a home birth. My first birth (Feb 2024) was unmedicated and in a hospital - I would’ve loved to have a home birth but I was too uneducated at the time. My estimated budget is $3500-$4000.
