3 Prenatal Visits

Birth Plan, exercises, emotional counseling, physical labor techniques, breathing techniques.

$200 USD · Flat rate

Labor and Delivery Support

Techniques and exercises learned in prenatal visits will be applied to help ease labor. Will provide emotional support through trialing of labor.

$450 USD · Flat rate

3 PostPartum visits

Helping with household cleaning, light laundry, and other newborn related duties.

$200 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I’m a full spectrum doula. I also provide extended post partpartum visits past 6 weeks.
