Hi there! I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor and currently training to be a Birth Doula under CBI. My approach is holistic but realistic — I look at the whole picture while meeting you exactly where you are. As part of my services, I support families prenatally and postpartum. This includes: Prenatal sessions to discuss your birth goals and history, cover birth education, and practice mental and physical exercises tailored to you. Birth support, including attending your birth and assisting with your first nursing session. Postpartum support at home as a Lactation Counselor to help with breastfeeding and adjustment. Service introduction

Every birth is unique, and having the right support can make all the difference. As a Birth Doula in training, I provide continuous, compassionate guidance from pregnancy and throughout labor and delivery; helping you feel confident, informed, and empowered. My goal is to support your choices, your pace, and your comfort, whether your birth is at home or in a hospital, with an epidural or unmedicated, C-section or VBAC. I’m here to advocate for you, offer physical and emotional support, and ensure you feel seen, supported, and celebrated every step of the way. I offer prenatal support, birth support and postpartum support with specialised care in Lactation.
