Give birth at hospital , not sure about a budget at the moment , support FTM

I plan to give birth to my 4th baby at home. I have had a lot of stressful events happen during this pregnancy that have discouraged me in many ways. I haven't had any reliable transportation really to get back and forth to doctors visits so my doctor dropped me as a patient. I just feel it would be less of a headache to do it from the comfort of my own home. My budget is $500-$800 with a payment plan of some sort. I'm already 35 weeks so it wouldn't be very many visits.

I will be having the baby at Grandview Medical Center, I don’t have a budget. I plan on having an epidural and either going into labor naturally (mucus plug breaks on its own) or getting induced if my baby is past the 40 week point.

I need some one to be with me while I giving birth my baby at hospital.

I really would love to have a natural water birth not at the hospital.
