Someone to help me thru and to advocate my right and how my body is feeling

I am a first-time mom who will be delivering by C-section around November 10th due to a rare, serious complication (vasa previa). The baby will be delivered pre-term at 36 weeks (or even early if there are emergent circumstances). My husband and I are considering hiring a postpartum doula during the first weeks when the baby comes home (we do not know yet if she will need NICU time and won't know until the birth). I plan on giving birth at Bellevue Hospital. My budget is $1000. My birth plan is to have a natural birth and to avoid having a C section at all cost. I need a doula that is skilled at helping ease anxiety, compulsive thoughts with positive alternatives/coping methods.

I plan to give birth at a hospital in Nashville. Since our insurance does not cover a doula our estimated budget is $1000. I am not sure exactly what my birth plan will be. With a medical condition I think I do plan to get the epidural at some point. I do want delayed cord clamping, no eyedrops, and minimal interventions. I want my provider to be certified and have experience helping first time moms that do not deal with pain well. I am 25 and possible have POTS or Vasovagal syncopy. I am giving birth at OSU with the midwives. I am keeping the same midwife throughout pregnancy (rather than meeting with lots of them), so am expecting an unknown midwife at the birth. Because of this, I want to have the consistency of a doula I know will be at the birth. This is my 2nd birth. It was helpful to have a doula the first time for tips and tricks and to give my husband ideas and I hope for the same again. I had an unmedicated vaginal birth last time and hope to do the same again. We have Tricare insurance and ideally would find someone covered by insurance.
