I recently moved to west Jefferson and have not been having the most positive experience with my OB-GYNs in terms of education and understanding. I am wondering what having a doula looks like/cost/possible insurance coverage. This is my first pregnancy and I need additional support and education.

Hospital birth in Birmingham 1200 budget I want to do unmedicated but I’m okay with nitrous and I want to be moving as much as I can.
