I had originally planned to give birth at UT Southwestern, but I’m considering changing hospitals. My goal is to have a natural, unmedicated birth in a hospital setting, one that balances a holistic, respectful approach with the safety and backup of hospital resources if needed. I’m looking for a doula who can support me in: Staying empowered and informed throughout labor Using movement, positions, and comfort techniques during labor Advocating for a calm and respectful birth experience Collaborating with my OB and hospital team to support my birth plan I value a birth where I feel fully supported, my choices are respected, and I have guidance from someone experienced in natural hospital births.

We will be giving birth at Gulfport Memorial. We are hoping to find a doula that accepts tricare. I have been looking into Christian Hypnobirthing in the hopes ti do an unmedicated birth. My husband is very involved but we would like someone educated in helping us navigate birth and advocating alongside us.

I would love to have a home birth I would love to talk about an estimated budget due to recently losing my job and waiting on unemployment. I would love a holistic unmedicated birth which would be a VBAC so I’m a little uneasy about having my baby in a hospital.

I plan to give birth at Nacogdoches Medical Center. I’m just trying to get a price and possibly having a doula available. This is our fifth kid so I know that birth plans are not set in stone and I understand that what I do want is to go all natural pain medication if needed. I wanna be able to get up and walk around and get in the shower and do some scratch use the peanut use the birthing ball drink eat I wanna be able to do all those things and not be tied to the bed and I also would like to try this time, not giving birth on my back last time our baby got stuck and was stuck for about a month. I was in labor for two weeks and finally had to get an epidural at 8 cm and have the doctor fix his shoulder to where I could have him so I would like to try maybe squatting this time or getting on all fours something different maybe to relieve that pressure and getting a better birthing position I don’t want anybody in the room with me except the Doula possibly and my husband. I’m open two nurses that are being trained unless it gets too much and I usually give my husband this look and he tells whoever he needs to to get everybody out, which is what happened when I was at 7 cm with our last baby and I knew something was wrong.

Plan to give both in hospital. Looking for a birth doula during labor process in hospital. Then looking for a postpartum doula or nanny (to help support mom with baby and toddler at home postpartum). Would ideally like 2-3 months of help, as my husband travels a lot for work.

I just recently moved here a few weeks and been very busy with scheduling appointments for my health and for my baby girl that is due in December. Hello! My husband and I are seeing a private OB currently. We are planning for a hospital birth. We are looking for someone who can provide support to myself(patient) but also my husband. We have a strong faith and believe birthing is a miracle but would love to have a well experienced support system in the room with us from beginning to end. To help calm those nerves, talk us through situations and be a guidance. Also to help voice our wants/needs while in the hospital. Going into it I am hoping for a vaginal delivery, possibly unmedicated. However will assess the situation when it comes. I would love some natural holistic approaches as well.

This is my third pregnancy. My first two were delivered via c-sections with Dr. Ware at memorial hospital. I planned a natural birth with my first but developed preeclampsia towards the end which called for a C-section after the pitocin disturbed her heart rate. The second pregnancy I didn’t want a c-section but towards the end the doctor suggested that it would be the best route due to the history of my first pregnancy. With this pregnancy she announced that c-section would be the plan again but I would really like to see if I’m able to do a natural birth. I’m not high risk for anything. And my blood pressure is okay.

This will be my third pregnancy but my second child - I had complications while delivering my first and thankfully had a great medical team that helped me recover. I hemorrhaged and had a uterine inversion with the placenta still attarched. They told me if I was to get pregnant again that was likely to happen during delivery and would make me high risk 1.) I plan on giving birth in the hospital as with my first child I had the complications listed above 2.) my budget is 1k or lower if possible 3) I would love to go natural as possible

I'm higher risk (advanced maternal age) and so definitely plan on a hospital birth. I'm looking for a doula, a night nanny and postpartum support. We are new to the area and don't have family or any support locally so we'll be relying heavily on our team for support. We're not sure on a budget, but are open to learning more. I am planning a birth center birth at Reading midwife center. I had a very traumatic first birth at Lehigh valley hospital almost 4 years ago so I am hoping for different experience. I am finding I need more support than I thought to prepare for birth and handling the pregnancy hormones as I’ve been very weepy this pregnancy. My mother is not very supportive of a birth center birth so I do not think she will be helpful there. My husband will need support to support me as birth grosses him out as most things of the like. Since we are planning birth center birth we are looking for natural birth with no medical intervention. I am Hoping for this experience to heal me of my birth trauma from my last. Budget: to be honest I am not sure how much these services typically cost but I’ve heard around $1200 to be standard perhaps. As I know insurance typically does not cover this service as it is not medical. Interested in counter pressure, Massage and other helpful coping strategies to help through labor and delivery. Along with reassurance and positive affirmations and vibes to help east my anxiety about birth.
