Wanting to have a hospital birth, I have medicate insurance (home state health) I'm not sure if it covers fully but I am currently trying to figure that out now.
This is my first child and I am looking for a doula or midwife who provides prenatal and postpartum care that includes herbs, a firm hand that can keep me with my birthing plan and has more holistic values. I like the idea of all warm foods, steaming and belly binding after birth.

This is my second birth. I plan to give birth at home with midwives present. I have no idea what our budget would be or what doulas charge. I plan to go fully uneducated and give birth in a birth tub and I plan to deliver the baby myself.
