I want to give birth without an Epidural or pain meds as best as possible and looking for support and guidance through it all. Doula must be certified and have at least 5 years of experience. I am 38 years old and am in a high-risk pregnancy due to previous birth of a large baby (9lbs 4oz), my age, and past history of preeclampsia. I have Florida Blue insurance.
