My services include feeding support (both breast and bottle, including paced bottle feeding), establishing healthy sleep habits, soothing techniques, bathing, diapering, swaddling, umbilical cord care, and newborn education. I also provide postpartum recovery support, emotional encouragement, and help with light household tasks such as nursery organization, bottle cleaning and sanitizing, baby laundry, and breast milk or formula prep and storage.

I am a mother of two girls whom I adore and have taught me more about life than I could ever explain. I am a birth and postpartum doula serving the South Florida area. For as long as I could remember, I have been fascinated by all things surrounding pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. My very different birth experiences lead me on the path of birth work. Having had a c-section with my first daughter and natural home birth with my second. Having lived the drastic difference between those experiences shaped my views and proved the importance of education and support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
