Hello everyone! Im Abigail, a trained Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and proud mother of two, I bring both personal insight and expert care to the families I support. With a calm, reassuring presence, I understand just how beautiful and overwhelming the early days with a newborn can be. I am dedicated to guiding families through this tender transition with confidence, compassion, and practical support. I offer both overnight and daytime care, helping parents get much needed rest while ensuring their baby is nurtured and well cared for. My services include feeding support (both breast and bottle, including paced bottle feeding), establishing healthy sleep habits, soothing techniques, bathing, diapering, swaddling, umbilical cord care, and newborn education. I also provide postpartum recovery support, emotional encouragement, and help with light household tasks such as nursery organization, bottle cleaning and sanitizing, baby laundry, and breast milk or formula prep and storage.

I offer overnight newborn care, daytime support, and nursery setup to help ease your transition into parenthood. Services include feeding, soothing, diapering, light tidying, baby laundry, bottle/pump sanitizing, and gentle sleep shaping. I also provide guidance on newborn routines and postpartum recovery so you can feel confident, supported, and well-rested during the fourth trimester.

Overnight Newborn Care

I provide full overnight care so you can rest with peace of mind. This includes bathing, feeding, diapering, burping, soothing, and keeping your baby safe and comforted all night. I prep and sanitize bottles or support breastfeeding/pumping, breastmilk storing or formula prep. I also handle light tidying of baby areas and assist with baby related laundry. I gently support healthy sleep habits tailored to your baby’s age and your parenting style. Every shift is centered on nurturing your little one—and helping you wake up refreshed.

Day Time Support

I provide attentive daytime newborn and postpartum support so you can rest, recover, or simply breathe. This includes bathing, feeding, diapering, burping, soothing, and keeping your baby safe and comforted throughout the day. I prep and sanitize bottles or support breastfeeding/pumping, including breastmilk storage or formula prep. I also handle light tidying of baby areas, assist with baby laundry, organize the nursery, and offer light meal prep for you or the family. I gently encourage healthy routines that support both baby’s development and your well-being—because you deserve care, too.

Nursery Setup & Baby Prep (4 Hours)

My Nursery Setup & Baby Prep service is designed to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported as you welcome your baby. Offered as a 4- or 8-hour day service, I help you create a calm, functional nursery tailored to your space and parenting style. From hands-on, in-depth organization and layout planning to restocking and sanitizing baby items and pump parts, I ensure everything is ready for daily use. I handle all baby laundry—washing, folding, and organizing—and offer light meal prep to lighten your load. We’ll also go over daily routines and practical plans for when baby is home, so you feel ready and at ease in every moment.
