I specialize in overnight care, helping babies develop healthy sleep habits while giving parents the rest they need to thrive. Whether it’s establishing a consistent nighttime routine, troubleshooting newborn sleep challenges, or just giving exhausted parents a break, I’m here to help. When I’m not working overnights, I offer daytime support focused on breastfeeding guidance, gentle sleep education, and helping families navigate those early weeks with confidence and peace of mind. Perfect for families needing rest and recovery while feeling confident their baby is in expert hands. I provide hands-on care throughout the night as a newborn care specialist (CNCS) or postpartum doula, supporting feeding, diapering, soothing, and safe sleep routines. I also offer guidance tailored to your baby’s unique needs, this is tailored to your own unique dynamic whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding or a combination etc. including multiples, preemies, and/or sleep challenges. I provide overnight newborn care as a newborn care specialist (CNCS) or postpartum doula, along with full breastfeeding support as a certified breastfeeding counselor. I have over 6000 professional hours with newborns including overnight care, sleep support, preemies, multiples etc and excel in offering guidance for navigating the early days at home with your baby.
