I plan to deliver at Stanford ValleyCare hospital in Pleasanton. This is my second pregnancy. My estimated budget is $3,000. Mostly looking for birthing support especially since I have anxiety that gets triggered when I don't have much control over a situation. I would like to labor for as long as possible without medication. For my first delivery I labored naturally until I was 8 cm dilated before I chose to get an epidural. I may need postpartum doula support, especially with breastfeeding, since it was a struggle the first time around. A night nanny may also be needed since I have mental health issues that become exacerbated with lack of sleep.

We require someone with experience dealing with young babies, preferably those with reflux. No certification is required but it is a plus. Must have up to date TDAP vaccine. My baby is 3 months old and has silent reflux and very bad gas. He’s gotten a lot better with treatment and can usually sleep for longer stretches, but still needs extra care. He usually wakes twice a night to feed. My wife and I would love any help instilling better sleeping habits, but he’s still a little young for full sleep training. The only additional duties would be loading the dirty bottles into the bottle washer. We would like to have someone Sunday through Thursday night, 830pm-630am.
