My plan is to deliver vaginally with as little invention as possible. I am open to Nitrous gas while pushing but I’d really like to avoid epidural at all. my 6 day old baby is latching but it seems to hurt a lot after a few feeds, also when i hand express it seems like i have quite a bit but when i try to manual or electric pump im only getting about 30 ml total im scared im not producing enough to meet my baby’s hunger needs

I had my son on October 27. I have been pumping and latching due to, I believe to be, a shallow latch and oversupply. Have been getting constant clogs, which I do know can possibly lead to mastitis. My right breast formerly has a clog and is starting to get red on and around said area. My nipples are cracked, dry, and hurting but nothing I do seems to be helping

I need help with my pump , and supply. I seem to only get about 2 ish ounces per pump except when I sleep throughout the night and pump after 5+ hours then I get between 4/5 combined. Im not sure if im using the correct flange size, the hospital sized me and said a 24mm but ive switched it a couple of times, nothing feels “right”. Also Ive been eating oats, protein, and drinking water every day , wondering why I dont have more of a supply yet.
