I need Help with latch and low supply ontop of baby weight gain

Need a lactation consultant’s assistance with my pumping/ breast feeding journey! I am having a hard time determining my correct flange size and help with getting my baby to latch

I just made a year of breastfeeding and just got my first clogged duct. It hurts really bad and has been giving me issues for about 3 days now. I’ve tried using a hakka with warm water, latching my son different, and gentle massages and I’m not sure what else to do.

I prefer a home water birth. I have had two births at home. I have insurance so if there is a provider who accepts Ambetter, that would be wonderful. I prefer at home and usually deny all the unnecessary things.

I need a certified lactation consultant to help with latching and supply. Baby latches on one side but not the other - I’ve tried pumping and am not sure if he’s getting enough. He will feed often for long periods or for just 15 minutes and sleep. He had not gained his birth weight back

I’m struggling with postpartum badly and need a certified therapist as well as a certified pp doula that studied postpartum and all the things that come with it, from the hormone drop, to all the emotions I’m experiencing to help navigate through what I’m going through and feeling. My eldest daughter never latched successfully (breech c-section and then tongue and lip ties. Both were released around 2-3 weeks of age but it was very painful for her afterwards) and I exclusively pumped for 6 months and struggled to make enough.
