Currently expecting twin girls and striving for a natural birth and need an advocate in the room for me other than my husband. I will deliver at Brigham and women’s hospital. In addition to the birth doula we are focused on securing overnight care most importantly, and will also be evaluating some daytime help. Many thanks. |

Looking for a doula and maybe midwife as well to help me navigate my first pregnancy/birth. Not sure if I want to give birth in a hospital or birthing center yet but I would like to go without an epidural and keep it as natural as possible. I may use pain meds through an iv as backup |

Due date or baby's birthday: May 18, 2026
Pensacola hospital. I’m hoping to use insurance I’m not sure if that’s possible. I’m still early in my pregnancy so I don’t have too much planed . I want a quiet/ dimmed environment. I don’t want the epidural unless I change my mind in the moment . I want to be put in more natural positions rather than birthing on my back. That’s all I’ve thought about so far. |

Karen is looking for Birth Doula
|
Location: Methuen, MA 01844, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: April 10, 2026
LABOR & BIRTH PLAN (HOSPITAL) I am planning a hospital birth and desire the most natural, physiologic birth possible. My goal is an unmedicated vaginal birth. I wish to avoid a cesarean section and would like to decline epidural anesthesia, Pitocin induction or augmentation, and other routine interventions unless medically necessary. Please do not offer epidural or Pitocin unless I specifically request them. I prefer a calm, low-intervention environment with limited people in the room. I do not consent to students or unnecessary staff being present. I request minimal cervical exams, performed only when clinically necessary rather than on a routine schedule. I prefer intermittent fetal monitoring rather than continuous monitoring, as continuous monitoring is not necessary in a low-risk pregnancy and may increase the likelihood of unnecessary interventions. After birth, I request immediate and uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact with my baby. I request delayed cord clamping until the umbilical cord is white and limp, allowing for full placental blood transfer to support oxygenation, circulation, and iron stores. I request a full golden hour after birth with no routine exams, weighing, or procedures, and for nonessential staff to leave the room to allow uninterrupted bonding. I do not consent to controlled cord traction or routine fundal massage unless there is excessive bleeding or a medical indication. I am declining erythromycin eye ointment, as I have tested negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia. I plan to delay the Vitamin K injection until after the golden hour and initial bonding. I request that no Vitamin K be administered without my explicit consent, and that I be asked before any timing or administration. My goal is an informed, respectful birth with shared decision-making and evidence-based care. |

Alyssa is looking for Birth Doula
|
Location: Savannah, GA 31419, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: May 03, 2026
1. Hospital 2. I don’t have a budget really, I’m not familiar with how much it costs 3. I have an induction scheduled for my due date, I’m hoping I don’t make it til then. If I go into labor naturally, I want to get an epidural as soon as possible. If I get induced, I would prefer not to get a foley balloon and again would like an epidural. I want to avoid an episiotomy. I want to obviously avoid a c section. I plan to formula feed due to mental health reasons and I want to try to not get harassed by the lactation consultants |
