This is my first pregnancy and both my partner and I will be first time parents. I’m looking for help understanding my body as baby and I continue to grow. I live far from my mother and sisters so it’s a very emotional time without that support. I have had o e prior child as a vaginal birth, I labored for over 24hrs, did end up with an epidural at 9.5cm (I did not want one), had a 2nd sac of water, and did have a tear. I did not want to push on my back and made that clear, it didn’t change anything, I asked for delayed cord clamping, it did not change anything. I did not have a lot of the things I wanted met.
