I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary Birch. I am 35 weeks pregnant with twins. I'd like to go through Cigna insurance if possible. My birth plan is flexible but I'd love to have a natural birth and would like advocacy for delayed cord clamping and more natural birthing positions in the hospital.

My due date is 06/11/26 and I plan on staying at home for as long as I can and only head to hospital when necessary. I am practicing unmedicated birthing techniques and would like someone who can guide myself and my husband through it and advocate for us. Bduget $1,000-$1,500

Birth preparation and Birth support. This is my second child. My goal is to have a VBAC in a hospital. I want to labor at home as long as possible, then transition to the Hospital. I want to have as little interventions as possible (no induction, Pitocin, etc...) but am OK with an epidural. I DO NOT want to labor or give birth on my back so I would like to plan for alternate positions with an epidural. I also know things don't always go as planned, and second children typically come faster, so Id like to be as prepared as possible to go natural if needed. Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out. I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary Birch, San Diego, CA. I would like to have a doula with me during labor and postpartum at the hospital and at home for about two weeks so I can recover well. I'll need the doula to take care of my postpartum needs especially with my food/nutrition so that I can produce enough breastmilk. I haven't worked out my birth plan yet but going for a natural/unmedicated birth for sure.

I’m planing to give birth at Providence St Joseph hospital in Burbank. It would not be my first choice as I was hoping for a home birth. Unfortunately, I was laid off last year and have been unable to find work. I’m hoping to find support covered by medi-cal. I would like my birth to be unmediated and with as little intervention as possible. This is my first birth so I do feel a bit nervous. I would only like my husband and doula in the room (along with any necessary medial care team). I would like to be able to move freely and have help getting into positions that will help me through the various stages of labor. I’d also love to spend time in the bath. I want skin to skin right away and delayed cord clamping.
