In my birth plan, I would like a calm, supported c-section experience with clear communication & advocacy in the hospital. Postpartum, I am looking for support with recovery, infant care, feeding, & rest.

I don’t currently have a budget, just looking to find the right match for me. as of right now my birth plan is to try to go unmedicated as I have a spinal fusion and i’m not sure if I can have an epidural.
