Planning to give birth in a hospital setting but need a doula to help through the birthing process as this is our first child. Would like to have as natural of a birth as possible. No epidural or pain meds. I want to try to not give birth on my back and do what is natural for my body. Delayed cord clamping until cord is white. Unsure how much these services cost, but hoping to have insurance cover

I am giving birth in valley hospital. My budget is 1500. I am hoping to have an unmedicated vaginal birth with minimal interventions. I want immediate body contact, I plan to breastfeed, I am hoping to deliver the placenta naturally, and I want to delay the clamping of the umbilical cord. I do not want my baby to have the hep b vaccine in the hospital. I do not want additional people in the room. I want a dark and quiet room with some light music.

I plan on giving birth at Riverside in Newport News and would like to find a doula that accepts tricare. My birth plan is to have an unmedicated birth and labor in a tub if possible.

I am a first time mom who just wants to ensure I do everything right for my baby. I am looking for someone who can help with birth plans/prep, postpartum care, and just the overall basic knowledge for the rest of my pregnancy. I am hoping to use insurance, & I will be giving birth at Riverside in Newport News Va. I have a few key points that I want to include in my birth plan such as delayed cord clamping, low lights, epidural, and I do not want to be on my back while pushing. 1. Im not sure yet I just know I want an unmediated water birth - my husband is an ER doc 2. For each service for all together? I’m looking for a doula to support me with delivery and open to having one travel to us because I don’t have a ton of options near me. 3-5k Postpartum and newborn specialist I don’t have any idea what the price range is for this but we definitely want someone to stay with us postpartum and support us with our first baby 3. Unmedicated water birth if in hospital then I want a relaxing environment

Giving birth at Valley Hospital. It's my husband and I's first child, a babygirl. We are overwhelmed with so much information that is out there especially when it comes to vaccinations and certain procedures hospitals do that we want to feel that we have a voice in our decisions and/or birth plan. We would prefer to have a natural birth, delayed cord clamping, keeping baby with us, etc. Our budget is about 1800

Hospital (Valley in Paramus) Birth Plan: Epidural, no inducing methods unless emergency, no C section unless emergency, NO vaccines, no vitamin K shot, no student nurses, not a whole lot of cervical checks unless necessary, delayed cord cutting, dad cuts cord, pics and vids by my mom, my own music, essential oils with diffuser, I want to be able to move around until epidural - after epidural I want turned every 30 minutes, etc.

Hello! I am currently pregnant with twins! I am planning to give birth at Hackensack University Medical Center. I am excited for birth and hopeful to have a natural, physiological birth. My OB practice also values a vaginal birth. I am not sure what to expect for budget for a doula, however, my budget would be around $1,000. I would love to have as little interventions during birth as possible. It’s very important that as soon as the babies come out I am able to hold them immediately. I would like to delay the cord clamping, and delay first bath as well. I also planning to breastfeed twins and would love education and support to be as effective as possible in that area!

Not sure where I will be giving birth but leaning towards wellstar hospital over a home birth as of now, but I am still early on and not sure. 2. 1000$ -1200$ would be my budget and I’m trying to stay under if possible as we just got a house. 3. I would like support with: • Breathing techniques • Position changes and movement • Massage, counter-pressure, touch for comfort • Relaxation cues, visualization, grounding words • Use of birth ball, rebozo, warm compress, shower/bath if available • Environment: • Calm, quiet, low lights if possible • Soft music or guided meditation • Limited unnecessary interruptions • Monitoring: • Prefer intermittent fetal monitoring (unless medically indicated otherwise) • Freedom to move and change positions. I want to avoid induction, augmentation (Pitocin), or continuous monitoring unless medically necessary. • If possible, I’d like to avoid episiotomy; prefer tearing naturally if it happens. • Please help explain procedures and get my consent before allowing interventions. I’d like to try non-medical pain relief first (movement, breathing, water, massage, acupressure, etc.). • Open to pain medication (epidural, IV meds) only if I request it — I want encouragement and coping support before making that decision. After Birth Preferences Cord Clamping: • I would like delayed cord clamping until the cord stops pulsing (unless baby’s health requires immediate attention). Skin-to-Skin: • Immediate and uninterrupted skin-to-skin contact after delivery, for as long as possible. • If I am unable, I’d like my partner to have skin-to-skin. • Baby to remain on me during any routine checks if baby is stable. Bathing: • No bath at the hospital. I’d like to delay baby’s first bath until we are home (or at least 24–48 hours). Please perform all non-urgent procedures after initial bonding and breastfeeding, not immediately after delivery. • Feeding: • Exclusively breastfeeding unless medically necessary otherwise. • No formula, sugar water, or pacifiers offered without consent. Environment: • Keep baby with me in the room at all times (rooming-in). • Minimal interruptions during the “golden hour” after birth.

Hospital I don’t really have a budget, hoping to find one covered by insurance I plan to have an unmediated birth and as well as a delayed cord clamping, just wanting a health advocate bc my OB just doesn’t really make my concerns feel heard.

I want to have a natural birth from the comfort of my home although a midwife won’t be present unless a medical emergency requires one I’d like a doula to provide physical and informational support to me and my spouse during this special moment. I don’t want to be medicated and I don’t want too many people on top of me and baby and that’s why I don’t like the hospital setting. A mothers needs and wishes aren’t always respected so id rather be at home with someone who specializes in putting mom and baby first
