She is a traditional birth worker that supports individuals through the process of conception, pregnancy, loss, abortion,labor, birth and the postpartum. She supports folks with energy work such as limpias (cleansings) for themselves or a space and healing rituales (rituals for healing).Traditional birth ceremonies and using traditional healing methods to help heal and support people through their journeys. Jas is also a Reiki practitioner, a student of traditional midwifery learning from partera Mirna Amaya in Mexico,and other Parteras from Latinoamerica. They are a certified lactation educator and trauma informed practitioner.

I've been a birth professional for about 7 years now and I thoroughly enjoy it. I got started in this industry almost by default. I am the daughter of the middle daughter of 5 girls. All of those girls (my aunts) gave birth to girls. If you can see where I'm going, I have seen a lot of birth over the years. Naturally I gravitate towards birth and the perinatal period where I find myself bonding with new and to be new mothers in assisting them with being an extra set of hands so that it allows them to be more hands on and better bond with their baby. I’m Allie Rose, a passionate and dedicated doula inspired by my own journey into motherhood. One of my biggest joys in life is my first born, my daughter, Quincy Rose. Her birth was a transformative experience—long, unexpected, and profoundly impactful. It was through this experience that I found my calling to support others during their own unique birth journeys. Shortly after Quincy was born, I immersed myself in the world of birth work by completing my first doula training.
