I am passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, labor & birth as a birth doula. I provide prenatal childbirth education to all clients, making sure that everyone approaches childbirth with the basic understanding of what's going on internally, and how to work WITH your body's natural hormones, not against them, to get the best birthing experience possible. I support birth wherever it happens (home, hospital, or birthing center) and am especially passionate about supporting VBACs and home births.

Rabb is a proud native of Philadelphia and an alumna of Temple University, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. Her journey into birth work began over 20 years ago, sparked by her experiences supporting friends and family through pregnancy and childbirth without the guidance and advocacy they needed. That calling led her to establish Birth Ur Way! a full-spectrum doula practice grounded in compassion, empowerment, and education. With more than two decades of experience, Nyfisa provides the kind of care she once longed for, support that is intentional, personal, and transformative. She finds deep fulfillment in helping families bring to life the vision they hold for their births. Her guiding belief is:

Your plan.” In addition to supporting families, Nyfisa shares her expertise as a doula certification instructor with CoCoLife.black, where she trains and mentors the next generation of birth workers. I am a wife, mom of 4 children earth-side, mom of first trimester birth, and passionate about bringing healing and support to families during their pregnancies and postpartum journeys. I am a certified birth, postpartum, and birth and bereavement doula. With over 10 years of experience in infant and early childhood development, as well as over 5 years of supporting families through a variety of prenatal and postpartum needs, my passion is to help you develop short and long term goals to meet your unique needs. I believe that a family is born at the moment of conception and in order to best nurture their baby, a mother and often her partner, needs to be nurtured as well. My name is Ashlyn Reese with Nurtured Beginnings, I’m a certified Doula, Birth keeper, and Postpartum doula. I currently serve families in Berks County PA and surrounding areas. I have a passion for pregnancy, physiological birth, and postpartum. My goal is to provide women and families with gentle, encouraging, and educational support that helps to build the birthing experience into a cherished family memory. I believe in traditional wisdom and that birth is a rite of passage. I am passionate about helping women awaken that power within themselves and reclaim birth. I believe in mothering the mother.
