We have a five and a half month old baby girl, Isla, who we are looking to get some sleep coaching from. Most nights she is up 3-4 times needing to be held and needing formula. Naps 3 times a day usually (9, 0100 and 0400 ish). Bed around 6-7pm after our routine.
We have a 10 month old who we cannot seem to get to sleep through the night. She wakes up 1-2 times for a bottle and goes right back to sleep. She is on 2 naps during the day, never more than 3 hours of day time sleep. We also have a 2.5 year old who has been refusing naps for the last 6 months and bedtime has been a 2 hour struggle which results in a 10pm-11pm bedtime. When he does nap it is never more than 2 hours. I need some guidance on how to get them to both start sleeping better
