Hello, my name is Monique Moore, and I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula and Sleep Consultant with 11 children and 7 grandchildren. I am a New Mexico native who currently resides in Colorado. I was certified with DONA in 2011, and worked in New Mexico in home, birthing center and hospital settings. I also worked with WIC as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, helping the disadvantaged population of Albuquerque to breastfeed successfully. Now in Colorado I have expanded my services to better support families before, during and after birth. My passion is to empower and equip families with education, information, and confidence.

Greetings, My name is Quantanique Williams Moore. I am a certified Holistic Birth Doula, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado Springs. All things surrounding total health and wellness light me up. When working with clients I look at the whole person's mind, body, and spirit along with their emotional state as all areas are interconnected. I love serving others by educating, encouraging, and empowering them (really reminding them of their power). Before embarking on Birthwork, I served in the United States Air Force for 11 years from 2008 to 2019. I am a creative. I enjoy writing, drawing, crocheting, beading, crafting, making vegan dishes, repurposing, and revamping stuff while having tea. I am a mom of one; family and the home are my treasures.

My philosophy is to support moms/families and what they choose to do! That looks different for everyone. My goal is to help you advocate for yourself! I offer guidance so that you can make informed decisions. However, I always wholeheartedly support all of your birth choices. This is a judgement free zone!

As a mother of two, I’ve experienced firsthand the difference that having support during birth can make. My first birth was without a doula, and while it was a powerful experience, I realized afterward how much emotional and physical guidance can truly ease the journey. With my second birth, having a doula by my side brought calm, confidence, and reassurance that allowed me to be fully present in the moment. That experience inspired me to become a doula myself—to provide families with the same compassionate support and peaceful presence that made such a difference in my own story. Hi there- I’m Emma, birth doula, wife, and mama to two little girls who I birthed at birth center. With my first baby, I was lovingly doula’d for a long, 76 hour labor, and afterwards knew that birth work was 100% what I was called to do. I received my certification through Childbirth International in 2023 and have attended labors at home, birth center and hospital. My days are spent playing outside with my family, running the meals ministry at our church, and making way too much sourdough. I have my bachelor’s degree in statistics, so I love researching and sharing about evidence based birth, but know that mama’s intuition can’t be beat!! My aim is to always bring a presence of warmth, reverence, and peace to my clients’ births, and would love to support you in the birth you’ve dreamed of. I am a Colorado Medicaid doula provider.
