Greetings, My name is Quantanique Williams Moore. I am a certified Holistic Birth Doula, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist in Colorado Springs. All things surrounding total health and wellness light me up. When working with clients I look at the whole person's mind, body, and spirit along with their emotional state as all areas are interconnected. I love serving others by educating, encouraging, and empowering them (really reminding them of their power). Before embarking on Birthwork, I served in the United States Air Force for 11 years from 2008 to 2019. I am a creative. I enjoy writing, drawing, crocheting, beading, crafting, making vegan dishes, repurposing, and revamping stuff while having tea. I am a mom of one; family and the home are my treasures.

All Inclusive -3 prenatal appointments -24-hour email, phone, and text support -2 Holistic Therapy sessions: Massage, Yoga, Maternity Reiki, and more -On-call birth support from 27 weeks gestation -90 minutes of post-partum support immediately following birth -2 Postpartum Follow-up visits: The first is 7-10 days postpartum & a second is scheduled -Will attend 1 prenatal appointment to meet others on your birth team -Includes access to digital educational manuals and handouts at appointments and on request
