My philosophy is to support moms/families and what they choose to do! That looks different for everyone. My goal is to help you advocate for yourself! I offer guidance so that you can make informed decisions. However, I always wholeheartedly support all of your birth choices. This is a judgement free zone!
It is my hope to walk with you through your pregnancy, offering lactation and childbirth education. Birth, offering emotional and physical support. Lastly, postpartum, through lactation care.
Crystal was super kind and very empathetic. I loved that she has kids of her own and could relate to everything I was going through. Shes so easy to talk to and I felt like I could tell her anything with zero judgment. She was very much a safe space. Very knowledgeable and answered all my millions of questions about birth and lactation. I had a wonderful experience with her and HIGHLY recommend her!
