Birth Doula Support

Compassionate, personalized support from pregnancy through birth. Includes two prenatal visits,continuous on-call support from 37 weeks, unlimited phone and text support, continuous labor and birth support, and two postpartum follow-up visits. I provide evidence-based education, emotional and physical comfort measures, partner support, and a calm intuitive presence to help you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your birth journey.

What to expect

As a trained birth doula currently completing my certification, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. During prenatal visits, we connect about your vision for birth, review your options, create or refine your birth preferences, and prepare you and your partner with comfort techniques and practical education. I am on call for you beginning at 37 weeks, offering guidance in early labor and continuous in-person support once active labor begins. During birth, I offer calm, grounded presence, hands-on comfort measures such as positioning and counter pressure, encouragement, and support in communicating your preferences with your care team. After your baby arrives, I remain with you to help with initial bonding and feeding and provide a postpartum follow-up visit to process your experience and ensure you feel supported as you transition into motherhood. My role is not medical, but to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for — no matter how your birth unfolds.

When should I hire a doula?

Many families hire me between 20-32 weeks, but it's never too early to reach out. Booking early allows us to build a relationship before your birth.

Do you support medicated births?

Absolutely. While I love supporting physiologic birth, I fully support your choices. Whether you plan an unmedicated birth, am epidural, or a cesarean birth, my role is to help you feel informed, respected, and supported.

What areas do you serve?

I serve Colorado Springs, Denver, Castle Rock, Boulder, Pueblo and surrounding areas.

Will you support my partner too?

Yes! My goal is to support your whole family. I help partners feel confident, involved, and cared for throughout labor and birth.

Do you offer virtual support?

Yes. Virtual support is available when in-person care isn't possible or is the best fit for your family.

Do you use Reiki, Vibrational Sound Therapy, or Energy Work during birth?

Only if you would like me to. There are optional offerings that can help create a calming, grounded atmosphere. Every birth is different, and I always tailor my support to your preferences.

What if my birth doesn't go as planned?

Birth is beautifully unpredictable. My role is to help you navigate unexpected changes, understand your options, and feel supported no matter how your baby enters the world.

How many births do you take each month?

I intentionally accept a limited number of births each month so I can give every family my full presence, availability, and support.

Can we meet before deciding?

I offer complimentary a consultation so we can get to know one another, answer your questions, and see if we're the right fit for your birth journey.
