About me

As a mother of two, I’ve experienced firsthand the difference that having support during birth can make. My first birth was without a doula, and while it was a powerful experience, I realized afterward how much emotional and physical guidance can truly ease the journey. With my second birth, having a doula by my side brought calm, confidence, and reassurance that allowed me to be fully present in the moment. That experience inspired me to become a doula myself—to provide families with the same compassionate support and peaceful presence that made such a difference in my own story. My goal is to help parents feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.
