we plan to give birth at Bon Secour St. Mary's hospital. We're first time parents but are a little older (32 & 40) and would love some extra help in the delivery room and after birth. So far we've had very few complications and are hoping to have a natural birth with an epidural for pain management with very few if any friends and family around.

If I need intervention then I may opt for Epidural. But I still would like to be in positions fitted for having the epidural. I do not want to labor on my back.
