We need help with our newborn. She just turned 8 weeks and we need assistance one or a few days per week for nights (8 or 9pm to 8am). Looking for someone experienced with newborns for 5+ years, Fluent in English and extra points for French or Russian speaking. We are combo feeding and I’m breastfeeding on occasion. I am unable to help midweek, at night with the baby because I have to get up for work, and my wife is struggling to get sleep because the baby won't sleep for more than an hour at a time and refuses to go back to sleep sometimes keeping her up all night. We are both falling into a depression due to lack of sleep and need at least 1 night mid week to catch ourselves up.

Kneeling birthing position (not on back unless absolutely necessary). Unable to have an epidural. Hospital has minimal pain management options (maybe some local because I asked about it. No to nitrous, they don't do that here, mixed opiate if absolutely necessary. If C-section is required, general anesthesia is necessary.) Mother, former nanny, will be at the hospital for the birth.
