I am looking for a Doula to give me guidance through postpartum care, mental health, and guidance in navigating a newborn and being a first time mom. I am interested in overnight help and really need mental health reassurance as I am struggling with PPD. I need help with a routine for the baby, and support overall. I dont need any cooking or cleaning… but more so help with the baby and guidance.

I am looking for help 1-3 nights per week (light sleep training) for my 7-month old as I transition back to work in the coming weeks. I’m located in Atlantic county, NJ.
