Service introduction

I offer many forms of lactation and feeding support including: lactation & feeding consultations, prenatal lactation education/workshops and group prenatal lactation. I love helping families reach their feeding goals, no matter what that may look like. Some of the challenges I can help you through include: latching difficulties, nipple pain, bottle refusal, frequent mastitis, combination feeding, pumping, supply issues and so much more! Feeding is always connected to sleep for babies so I also offer sleep support with the option of one time sleep consultation and personalized sleep plan or a sleep package with follow up support.
