Who we are and what we do… We are a modern, full-service agency, specializing in birth and postpartum doulas, childbirth education, and in-home sleep training. We provide physical, emotional, and informational support to help you navigate your journey into and through parenthood. Our agency model ensures you will receive consistent, reliable support from our team of expert doulas. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our compassion. At CLEbaby we believe that growing your family is beautiful and transformative. We want you to experience firsthand how doulas can improve your birth and postpartum experiences in positive and meaningful ways. Through our educational classes we can equip you with the tools to be knowledgeable, confident parents. We are here for you, every step of the way. At the heart of our business is our love for all things CLE. Parenthood can be overwhelming and isolating. But with our expert support and access to local resources, you can stay connected to the things you already love. At CLEbaby, we believe that happy, active parents translate to happy, active kids which translate to a happy, active city. Service introduction
We provide pregnancy, labor, and postpartum support to families in Northeast Ohio, including Cleveland, Akron, and surrounding communities. We are happy to travel further for sleep training services, dependent upon availability. We used CLEBaby for Postpartum night support with Jennifer. She was amazing and such a positive part of my postpartum recovery. She was always prompt, positive and helpful. She helped us all get on a schedule and get the rest we needed as a family! I cannot recommend her or CLE baby enough.

We were lucky to find CLEbaby for our first baby. My husband works a lot and both our families are far away either overseas or on the west coast. Our main doula Jennifer Palacios accompanied us for over 2 months every week on a regular basis. My husband says she is the Michael Jordan of babies and I call her the baby whisperer! Our baby girl got pretty colicky and difficult at around week 3/4 until week 7/8 and Jennifer taught us so many useful and life saving tricks to calm her down fast and deal with these difficult moments. Jen is truly amazing at her job. She is so professional, caring, attentive, and incredibly knowledgable and experienced. She is also very kind and my baby girl LOVES her. She guided us from day one and was able to train our baby to fall asleep and stay asleep in her crib for long stretches of time very early on. We are so grateful for her and our family will miss her very very much. It was always a pleasure and so comforting to have her in our home, especially as brand new parents. We will definitely want her back if we have another child. We also had the pleasure to work with 2 other CLEbaby doulas, Christina and Michelle, and they were very qualified, helpful and so nice. We highly recommend CLEbaby! Best money we ever spent, so worth it!
