I am using Kaiser insurance. I want someone to help my husband and I adjust to parenthood. We are looking for someone 2-4 times a week the first few weeks. If willing a night or two although I plan on breast feeding, just to help us acclimate.

I switched over to Redding Midwifery Group which requires a doula for a first time pregnancy. I am hoping for someone who gives prenatal, birth, and postpartum services.

I am 4 days postpartum from an emergency c section, daughter was born 11/15. I’m a first time mom and feeling extremely overwhelmed in this new transition. I feel like even making myself food is overwhelming and haven’t really been eating since I got home from hospital. I have no idea what my budget is; I’m hoping to get insurance coverage

Ellie was born 11/13/2025 with SGA (Small for Gestational Age) so is only about 5 lbs 3 oz right now and feeding is important. We do also have 3 dogs, so caregiver would have to be okay with that. Specifically, looking for someone who can help meal prep nutritious meals for the family.
